The Kingkey 100,formerly
known as Kingkey Finance Center Plaza, is
a skyscraper in Shenzhen, Guang
dong province, China
This building is the world #10 tallest building and set to be Shenzhen’s tallest building and landmark at 441.8 meters in
height and with 100 floors.
The mixed-use
building rises to 441.8 meters and contains 100 floors for office space and a
hotel.
Out of those 100
floors, 68 are used for Class A office space
22 stories for six-star business hotel which the highest hotel in the city name as St.
Regis which on 75th to 98th floors
The top four floors of the
skyscraper hold a garden and several restaurants.
Adjacent to the Kingkey 100
building is the KK Mall, which opened its doors November 26, 2010, and contains
luxury brand stores, restaurants and a supermarket.
The KK Mall also hosts
Shenzhen's first IMAX cinema.
Besides, there is a water
fountain in front of the building, and an observation deck near the top.
St. Regis Hotel
The St. Regis
Hotel occupies floors 75 to 98 of the main tower, which opened in
September 2011.
The hotel features offers 257 guest rooms and 40
suites.

Located on the 95th floor, one of the
social dinning offers all day dining featuring international cuisine and
endless views in a lively atmosphere with an open kitchen.

The mall is self described as a ‘International fashion boutique shopping
mall’ and it lives up to that name featuring a collection of major and
international brand name stores such as Guess, Anteprima, Lacoste, Armani,
Calvin Klein, Timberland and etc
The
mall also features Shenzhens only IMAX cinema plus plenty of eateries
catering for all budgets

building does not selling observation ticket as other tallest building, but
visitor might surf the hotel website which
offer the deal period by period in order to get the lower rate of room
reservation to experiences the view from the building.
2. Visitors
also need to aware of the dress code when enter every dining
