The observation
deck is also called as At The Top, which on the 124th floor of the world’s tallest building.
It is the third highest observation deck in the world and the
second highest outdoor observation deck in the world, at 452 m
(1,483 ft).
This building
should be visit begins in the reception area on the lower ground level of The
Dubai Mall.
By using the
high-speed elevator, it will be travelling 10 meters per second.
